• Participation in Helix Books & Awards RISE Series is open to any Design Practice including proprietary concern, partnership firm, private & public limited company – based in India
• All submitted projects must be executed between 25th December 2016 and 25th December 2021
• A participant / firm can submit maximum 6 Projects in any of the proposed Book Titles
• Please decide the number of proposed Book Titles you wish to participate in. When you click the Check Out button, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway. Here you have to pay the (one-time) Registration Fee plus the Processing Fee per Book.
• Any Entry with watermark of company name or any printed text on photographs will be disqualified; and no refunds will be given
• The signatory of the registration form is bound by the Helix Books & Awards participation rules to allow the publication of any/all of the data, drawings and photographs in the book and/or for promotions
• Copyrights of submitted photographs will be the sole responsibility of participating designers/artists and Inkbound or Helix Books & Awards or any of the organizers/partners will not be held liable in case of any dispute
• The signatory is also bound to participate in a webinar or any promotional tool (virtual or otherwise) if his / her entry is selected in the books/awards under the Helix Awards & Books program
• Each Project Entry in Helix Awards & Books program must be submitted in the format mentioned below:
A.Maximum 30 images of each project (up to 2 Mb per image)
B. PDF file giving detailed answers to the Questionnaire for each Book*

• Project Details must include:
• Design Concept + Context – client brief, design response to brief and context, concept; highlighting important aspects of style, smartness and sustainability.
• Answers to individual Questionnaires for each book
• Project Size - in sq.ft
• Project Type – Commercial/Residential/Hospitality
• Location – city and country
• Project cost in Rupees (Rs/sq ft)


• If Name of the interior work / project or Designer is mentioned anywhere on the photographs or PDF the entry will be disqualified; and no refunds will be given.
• Certificates will be issued only in the name of the Design Practice under which the Participating Entry is submitted.
• All participants will be featured in a special segment on TFOD Articles. The features will be posted on social media pages, and can be shared on any social media for designers’ personal promotions.
• The decision of the jury will be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
• The organizers / Jury reserve the right to withhold the award not deemed to meet the required standards in any category.
• All material submitted for the Awards shall become property of Helix and Helix will have the necessary publication rights (in any media – print or digital). It can be used for publicity / documentation purpose without further notification to or clearance from participants concerned.
• Participants selected for the books shall be announced on social media as well as through personal emails/li>
• It is assumed that all information given by the participant is factually correct. If found otherwise, the entry shall be disqualified and any awards/certificate given will be forfeited
• Once fees are paid, no refunds will be made, at any time, for any reason – so kindly be sure of the proposed book titles you want to compete in
